TEMP RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED

 

Temp Receptionist Required urgently in Westville.

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

• 3-5 years receptionist experience in a corporate environment

• Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication skills and telephone etiquette.

• Good administration and interpersonal Skills

• Excellent organizational skills

 

Duties:

 

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Booking of Meeting Rooms

• General Administrative Duties.

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (eg : pens, forms and brochure)

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Update calendars and schedule meetings
