JOB DESCRIPTION
CALL CENTRE AGENT
Candidates MUST HAVE experience selling tracking devices (min 3 months)
• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Traceable references
Basic of R4020.00 plus uncapped commission
The candidate also qualifies for an attendance bonus of R450 & a KPI
Working hours are 8h00 & 17h30 – Monday : Friday
Closed on Public Holidays and work every alternate Saturday for half a day
Medical & Provident Fund
The employee also qualifies for a R6000 bonus after 6 months –
(this is broken up to R1000 monthly after the 6th month)
