Position Description:
MANUFACTURING ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK – TFG MANUFACTURING (PRODUCTION OPERATIONS)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the TFG Manufacturing Division of TFG Apparel. We are looking for a responsible, organised individual who has a sound knowledge of garment manufacturing and a track record of administrative skills in the manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible to act as the Face at reception, as well as be responsible for all office coordination , reception duties and project coordination.
Requirements include:
Grade 10/equivalent
1 year HR assistant experience in a clothing manufacturing environment
Procurement Management experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of National Bargaining Council for Clothing Industry
Project administration
Computer literate ( Microsoft Office)
Ability to work on Excel
Good Writing skills
Accurate Reporting Skills
Administrative related tasks
Office Coordination
Reception duties
Microsoft Outlook Diary Management
Responsibilities amongst others will be:
